Response to Ofcom's Mobile Sector Assessment - Three
6 November 2008Ingenious Consulting and Perspective were commissioned by Hutchison 3G to draft their response to Ofcom's first Mobile Sector Assessment. The response concentrated on the economic effects of current UK policy on mobile termination rates, mobile number portability and spectrum, in each case outlining the linkages between these policies and their detrimental effects on consumers.
